    A 30-minute call about the work, your stack and your team. We write the role profile and you approve it.

    Interview a shortlist

    Within 5 working days you meet 2–3 engineers who have passed our technical checks. You choose.

  3. Step 03
    Onboard and start

    Your engineer joins your Slack, standups and repositories. A Cluebyte lead checks in every 2 weeks and arranges cover for leave.
